2. Description of Service
MyScorePrediction provides AI-powered football match predictions, user prediction competitions, tournaments, and leaderboard rankings. Predictions are for informational and entertainment purposes only.
3. No Gambling Advice
Our predictions are generated by AI models and do not constitute gambling, betting, or financial advice. We are not responsible for any losses incurred from decisions made based on our predictions. Always gamble responsibly.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. KickCoins
KickCoins (KC) are virtual points used within the platform. KickCoins have no real-world monetary value. KickCoins cannot be purchased with real money, cryptocurrency, or any other form of payment. KickCoins cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or converted into cash, cryptocurrency, or any other currency. KickCoins cannot be transferred, traded, or sold between users or to third parties. KickCoins are earned exclusively through platform activity, including but not limited to: account registration, daily login bonuses, correct predictions, streak milestones, referrals, quest completion, achievement unlocks, and tournament prizes. KickCoins can be spent on premium features and tournament entry fees within the platform. Upon account termination, all KickCoins are permanently forfeited.
6. Tournaments and Prizes
Tournaments are skill-based prediction competitions with free participation. Tournament entry fees are paid in KickCoins, which are earned through platform activity at no monetary cost. Prize pools consist of KickCoins redistributed among top participants. Any USD prize amounts announced for select tournaments are promotional rewards provided at our sole discretion and do not constitute gambling winnings. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any tournament at any time.
7. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Services
MyScorePrediction may contain links to third-party websites, including sports betting operators. These links are provided for informational purposes and we may receive compensation when you interact with them. We do not operate, endorse, or control any third-party betting service. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction regarding online betting.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to: create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards, use automated tools to submit predictions, attempt to exploit or disrupt the service, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, predictions, analysis, and branding on MyScorePrediction are our intellectual property. Match data is sourced from licensed third-party providers. You may not reproduce or redistribute our predictions without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
MyScorePrediction is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for prediction accuracy, service downtime, data loss, or any damages arising from use of the service.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your KickCoin balance is forfeited.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
13. Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
